    Sorry but I don’t get notifications for some reason when people post here. If this is still occurring, I would press and hold options to recalibrate once you’re in VR mode. If the headset is too far out of range, it will not let you move as it thinks you’re trying to cheat. If you could post a video of it happening, that would help as well.
