Awesome Asteroids launches today on the Meta Quest in Early Access. This version is an improvement over the game which released on the PS VR2 with many fixes, enhancements, and improvements. Additionally this version currently has a custom ship builder where you can create your own ship and also features boss battles which were missing in the original game.
While it’s still in early access, there are many more features coming such as multiplayer and changes to the campaign that will significantly change the single player experience. This will eventually become a sequel to the PS VR2 version and after exiting early access, will also release on PS VR2 as a new game.
