Today we started work on a second map for Paintball War. The second map will be an outdoor map with a little more area than the main Avatar Town map. While the current map is about 400 feet x 400 feet in real units, it only takes place in about 75% of that area. The new map will be a little larger and will utilize all of the space.
We’ll also be adding a new weapon with the second update. The new weapon will be similar to the rail gun found in other shooters. It will be a high power, fast, one shot kill weapon which should be well suited to the larger map.
